Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 (2-oz) jar diced pimentos, drained

1 clove garlic, minced

diced tomato

diced green onions

Directions

Combine all ingredients & spoon into a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomatoes & diced green onions.
